The 2018 NSTA Area Conference in Reno, Nevada The NSTA Area Conference in Reno, Nevada is occurring from October 11 to 13, 2018. NESTA has four workshops plus a Share-a-Thon. All of these take place on Friday, October 12 in the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, F1/2/7/8. The Elementary Science Expo has adapted the exciting, quick-fire format of the popular Pecha Kucha presentations for the NSTA Engage: Fall20 virtual conference. This "social show-and-tell event" brings together leaders in upper elementary science and STEM education as presenters offer 15 slides for 20 seconds each for a total of 5 minutes.
